Rìki Macah Birěkhka (/ˈrɨci/ /ˈmacah/ [relevant] [appearance (looks)]) is a subtropical Town located in Kteōrtre̜lskek Parish, Wozqoěs District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Rìki Macah Birěkhka is derived from the Constructi language, as Rìki Macah Birěkhka was founded by Hrur Zlkëm, who was culturaly Constructi.

Its winds were so great they picked up unsecured objects and flung them with enough force to smash brick and skull alike. Buildings collapsed under the gale, burying countless people alive. The storm's devistation was focused on the area arround Rìki Macah Birěkhka, which lost 224 people, 264, and 70 livestock in the disaster.. History remembers the strom as The Storm of Mourning.
